The Clayton Area Chamber of Commerce is searching for talented singers to participate in the 2008 "Clayton Idol" competition. The competition will take place over a several day period during the Harvest Festival, which is September 17th - 21st this year.

The event, will be divided into two age groups: 5-11 year olds and 12-18 year olds. Cash prizes will be awarded.  Participants of the competition must be available to perform in a preliminary audition between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16th at The Clayton Chamber of Commerce. Finalists will be chosen based preliminary performances.
