8 lbs. Popcorn Chicken Bites
24- 12\" Wraps (flavor optional)
3 lbs. Tomatoes Sliced
2 1/2 lbs. Romaine Lettuce
Torn into bite size
1 1/2 lbs Fresh Celery
Sliced 1/8\" on Bias
1 1/2 lbs Fresh Red Pepper
diced 1/4\"
1 1/2 lbs. Fresh Green Pepper
diced 1/4\" & seeded
1 Quart Bleu Cheese Dressing
Optional
1 Quart Buffalo Wing Sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven 400*
Using already pre-cooked and breaded Popcorn Chicken ,heat thru 20-30 min. as directed on the package.
In a bowl, combine the following;
4oz chicken
1 1/2 oz Romaine Lettuce
1 oz celery
2 Tbsp. Red Onion
1 Tbsp. Green Pepper
2 oz dressing (optional)
Toss to coat, For one serving place wrap on sandwich paper. Lay 4 slices of tomatoes (2 oz) in center of Wrap. Place mixture over tomatoes on wrap.
Fold sides to center, fold from bottom and roll to top. Wrap Complete.
