  3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter (softened)
1 3oz vanilla pudding (instant)
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 large can peach slices in syrup
1 8oz block cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar + 1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  Instructions
  Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and pour into pie pan (ungreased). Drain peaches, reserving 1 tablespoon juice. Lay peaches in mixture and set aside.
Whip cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tablespoon peach juice together with mixer. Spread on top of peaches 1 inch away from sides.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon on top. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and Chill.
