  1-lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. lean ground pork
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1-med onion chopped
1/3 cup milk
1-egg beaten
1-1/2 teasp. salt
3/4 tablespoon groud allspice
1/4 teasp nutmeg
1/4 teasp pepper
2-tablespoons flour
1/2 cup water
1-teasp instant boulion
1/2 teasp brown bouquet sauce
1-cup half & half
  Instructions
  Mix first 10 ingredience shape into balls, place into baking dish, microwave on high 9 to 11 mins. Remove meatballs reserving juices, stir flour into meat juice, stir in water, bouillon and bouque sauce. Microwave on high till slightly thickened 3-4 mins. Stirring once or twice during cooking. Gradually blend in half & half. Reduce power to medium high, microwave until thickend and smooth 4-6 mins. Stirring once or twice during cooking stir meatballs into sauce till coated, microwave on med. high 1-1-1/2 to 2 mins.
You can bake it in the ovev at 350 or you can do it all on the top of stove.
