One box bow tie pasta
One jar of double cheddar sauce
One small can of corn
One small jar of salsa
One bag of frozen meat balls
One large bag fresh spinich
Instructions
Before the pasta is started, heat cheese sauce in med-large sauce pot, add the can of corn (well drained), add the salsa to taste and heat on medium low, it will burn fast so heat it slowly. I like to cheat and heat the meat balls in the microwave, take the bag and poke a few holes in the top, becareful not to go all the way throuh the bag to the back- and heat on high for about 4-5 minutes, then add to the sauce mixture and continue heating slowly. Cook the pasta according to box directions, during last minute of cooking add the spinich. Finish cooking and drain well, do not rinse. Once everything is heated through and the pasta is drained, mix together and enjoy! I use the low salt corn nibblets, and medium salsa, and the whole wheat pasta(when my husband isn't looking).
