1/2 C. GRAN. SPLENDA
1/2 C. BISCUIT BAKING MIX
2 EGGS, BEATEN
2 T. BUTTER, MELT
2 1/2 t. PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
2 t. vanilla
  Instructions
  COMBINE 9 INGREDIENTS IN BOWL. PUT IN CASEROLE DISH AND BAKE 350 DEGREES UNTIL SET. PUT GRAHAM CRACKERS CRUMBS IN A CLEAR DESERT GOBLET AND A SCOOP OF PUDDING. TOP WITH WHIP TOPPING SPRINKLE WITH CINAMON AND PECAN PIECES. BETTER THAN PUMPKIN PIE!!!
