Bone Suckin’ Salsa, 1 16 oz. jar
Bone Suckin’ Salsa Hot, 1 16 oz. jar
Ground Beef, 2 lbs.
Celery Chopped, ½ cup
Onion Chopped, ½ cup
Refried Beans, 32 oz.
Chili Beans, 16 oz.
Pinto Beans, 16 oz.
Kidney Beans, 16 oz.
Tomato Sauce, 16 oz.
Dry Chili Seasoning, 2 packs
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Brown the ground beef, onions and celery in a large chili pot. Add all other ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes and serve. If you like thinner chili, add 1 cup of water.
Suggested Toppings: Chives, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream!
Added Heat: 1 Tablespoon Hiccuppin’ Hot Sauce
Vegetarian Chili: Saute onions and celery with 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil in the place of ground beef.
