Look at this one Emma. With the pictures of the rows(IE: 2X9 AND 2X5 AND VICE VERSA) wouldn't a math fact to match these arrays bw any number of columns with 9 in each. 3 columns of 9 equals 27. I'm guessing and I'm old but it appears to me any number of columns of 9 would give you a similar array and a math fact. Just trying to help. This may be wrong and out of left field.
A possibility would be 2 columns of 9 items each and 5 columns of 9 items each; therefore 2 plus 5 equals 7 and 7 columns of 9 equals 63 thus 9 x 7 equals 63. this may be the math fact you are looking by using both arrays together.
